Admission Requirements

 
  1. Completely filled out Bay Area College of Nursing application form.
  2. Complete Entrance Assessment Test with a score of 150 or higher in English and a score of 150 or higher in Mathematics.   Test scores must be within 2 years prior to the date of admission.
  3. Current and valid CPR certificate.
  4. Physical examination by a medical doctor or nurse practitioner.
  5. TB clearance
  6. Live Scan
  7. Personal malpractice insurance.
  8. Must be at least 18 years of age by the time the program begins.
  9. Have no convictions in any court of law of a crime other than minor traffic violations
  10. Laptop
  11. Clinical Paraphernalia
