Rachelle Cagampan, RN, BSN, MPA, MSN
Founder / President

Equipped with almost 15 years of nursing and management experience in a hospital, home health and primary care environment all over the bay area, she worked as a Critical Care Nurse at Stanford University Medical Center Cardiovascular Surveillance Unit.  She earned her Master of Public Administration degree (Major in Health Care Administration) and a Master of Science in Nursing (Major in Clinical Systems Management) from the University of San Francisco in 2003.  She trained as a Management Intern at the Stanford University Medical Center Administration Department under the tutelage of Isabel Uibel who was the former Overall Director of Patient Care.  She was selected as an Item Writer for the National Council of State Boards of Nursing Licensure Examinations (NCLEX).  She is also a CA Notary Public.

Massage Therapy Faculty (Part-Time)

Lara Golland, CMT
“Akasha” Heather Christy is a talanted Massage Therapist with 16 years experience. She has traveled around the world from Asia to Russia to Hawaii to Texas and beyond studying  a wide range of modalities from Deep Therapeutic Massage to mind /body Energy Healing. She has many hours of continuing education making her a well rounded therapist with many trick and tools to pull from as an instructor. I am honored and excited to have Akasha as part of our team to share her experience and knowledge to a new generation of Massage Therapists.
Christian “Fa Jun” Real has been teaching massage since 2005. He is experienced in creating course content as well as instruction for new massage therapists. Fa Jun’s passion and specialty is in Asian Bodywork and has taught at well known and respected schools across California. People who know and study with Fa Jun love his great sense of humor and easy going nature. The combination of his easy going personality, his vast experience and knowledge and curiosity will surely energize and inspire students at BACN’s new  Massage Therapy Program.
Paul McGregory is dedicated and committed to teaching Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. His passion for this topic makes him a perfect match for our new students to inspire and uplift them to get excited about learning. Paul has mentored with the well know educator, Ruth Werner along with other known instructors in the field and has experience working with clients in the medical field as well as with athletes. Paul’s open hearted nature combined with his passion for teaching and vast studies make him a perfect match for our team.
